Frequency in any training program is key. I will always recommend that clients train at least 3x per week (with or without me).
This package includes:
- 1 x Weekly 50 min. One-on-One session
- Custom macronutrition-based coaching (SCIENCE!)
- Homework recommendations for other days
- Weekly accountability
Once you've purchased the subscription, I will send you a client intake form that will need to be filled out.
I will be sending you a weekly Zoom link for our sessions once we have agreed to a time that works for both of us.
Have somewhere that you can prop your phone up on. This way I can see you just as well as you can see me.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As this is a service, there is no refund on months that have past.
However, you may cancel your membership to this payment plan at any time.
