We do a comprehensive analysis of your nutrients, and set goals to progress you towards better habits.

If you are familiar and experienced with tracking, we simply optimize your nutrients to match your performance goals.

Weekly Virtual "Tune-Up" Sessions

These sessions are used for us to align on form for exercises, nutritional protocols and any other things that come up along our journey.

55 min. Tune Up session utilized to optimize form, discuss progressions, modify nutrition, etc.

Optimizer Group Training

Join a community of fitness class lovers looking to improve their bodies and stats in class. 

This plan includes a weekly, interactive touchpoint seminar, in-app progressive workouts and stats trackers, and custom nutrition coaching.

2 Tune Ups/ Week

"I've worked out before but I'd like to have a bit more guidance during my workouts to really maximize my time spent in the gym."

2 x 55 min Tune Up Sessions will be utilized to cover several days out of your weekly training program. Key movement pattern guidance, coaching for progression and nutrition coaching.
